BCG (Bacillus Calmette-Guérin) immunotherapy is a method which an emerging form of cancer treatment. attaches to the bladder wall and stimulates immune response destroy cells. Complications therapy are due reactivated infection or hypersensitivity reaction thus may be treated with antimycobacterial agents, corticosteroids, both. instillations should also stopped if complications occur during treatment period. We present case wherein subject sufferef from disseminated 2 years after instillation.
